Operation Principles & Structure Characteristics Of Vibrating Feeder:

The Zenith vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. Vibrating screens are designed to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. The screen frame, a bolted & welded steel structure, accommodates the screen mesh & the drive unit. The screen is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel & two no. of heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust & water tight seals, for efficient operation & low maintenance. The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted with such design that it provides the same vibration to all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/ screening of crushed material of different sizes simultaneously while separating oversized product.

Mining Plant--Aggregate Plant

Aggregate plant,you can also say it crushing plant,or quarry plant,includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such as cone crusher, dust catcher on the production line.

Process of Aggregate Plant:

The stone material is sent regularly by the vibrating

feeder to the primary jaw crusher, the crushed material is sent to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen to be separated. The material, whose size is suitable for the feed size of the sand making machine, can be sent to the sand making machine. The unsuitable material should be sent back to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material from the sand making machine is sent back to the vibrating screen to be separated. The suitable separated sand, which is the final product, should be sent to the sand washing machine to be cleaned, and then sent by the belt conveyor. The unsuitable separated sand should be sent back to the sand making machine to be crushed again. The producing line forms two closed cycles. The producing line can be changed according to the customers?requests.
